Personal coaching session
- We will have a first positioning session where we will explain what are the tools to use for your correct monitoring, measurement of results, wishes and challenges.
- The student will receive daily tasks, habits and actions to complete that will make you leave your comfort zone, trust more themselves and conquer their goals.
- We will measure results weekly based on marked objectives.
- The program format regardless of the duration will entail a high level of intensity and to exceed your limits.
- The student will commit to transform, leave his area of comfort to the maximum and to give 1000%.
